Several years ago a collaboration of locals including members of the ‘Te Puke Arts Society’ provided their expertise and assistance in creating an aesthetically pleasing, historical walkway. ‘Creative Te Puke’ completed the project depicting early settler family histories including the carved entranceway representing the two major Maori tribes (Tapuika and Waitaha). If you want inspiration then you can’t go past the Te Puke Heritage Walkway.
Briars Horsetreks provides the experience of connecting with nature, animals and being active all at the same time.
